The packaging is almost similar to the old shades. The outer cardboard packaging has pretty swirled patter over it. All the details are listed on the outer packaging. The lip balm tube is retractable and has transparent cap which comes off easily.

My experience with the lakme lip love lip care ‘Raspberry’, ‘Tangerine’ & ‘Black currant’:

I keep switching between these lip balms and the Maybelline Baby lips. When I get to know about the new shades launch in the lip love range, I was eager to get my hands on them.

The formulation of these lip balms are nice and moisturizing. It keeps my lips hydrated for atleast 4-5 hours. And even after that my lips don’t feel dry or chapped. The lip balms has smooth texture and glides on lips like a butter. It instantly soften my lips. Also, layering it up gives glossier effect but my lips does feel a little heavier. The lip balms have strong fruity fragrance which stays for 10-15 mins after application. If you don’t like fruity or candy fragrance lip balms then you should probably skip these. The lip balms has SPF 15, which is good enough to protect the lips from harmful sun rays. These are non-sticky too. So, overall these are quite good.

‘Raspberry’-

It comes in a cute berry/dark pink tube and it looks amazing on lips. Layering this up gives a beautiful tint. It does has a typical raspberry fragrance which I totally love. The pigmentation is good.

‘Tangerine’-

It comes in a deep orange tube. The balm is almost sheer on lips. The pigmentation is fair and the shade looks quite natural on lips. No great or noticeable tint even after layering it up. It has a scent of orange candy which is so addicting. I totally love it.

‘Blackcurrant’-

It comes in a deep purple tube. The pigmentation is extremely disappointing and low. The shade gives almost no color on lips. I was expecting a light purple tint but it couldn’t show up even after layering. The fragrance is so good trust me guys it’s very difficult to stop yourself not to eat it.

If you are someone like me who just can’t do without lip balms then you should definitely give these a try. Raspberry is a great shade. Also, if you like natural or non-tinted lip balms then you should definitely try the tangerine and blackcurrant one.
